Privacy Policy

• We value our Customers’ trust as one of our most important assets. We commit to protecting the confidentiality of their information and using it solely for their benefit.
• We maintain strict security and confidentiality standards to safeguard all Customer information provided to us.
• We collect and use only the minimum necessary information needed to offer our services and products, manage operations, and provide relevant advice and opportunities.
• Only authorized employees, trained in handling confidential data, are allowed access to Customer information. Violations of privacy policies result in disciplinary action.
• We do not share Customers’ information with third parties, except when required by the Central Bank of Egypt or permitted by law. Customers will be notified in writing before any external sharing occurs.
• All third-party service providers we work with must comply with our privacy standards and permit audit reviews as necessary.
• We exchange information with approved reference sources and clearing services for credit verification and risk management purposes.
• Personal medical information is never used or shared—internally or externally—except for subscription, policy, claims, or account management, or as disclosed by the Customer.
• We aim to keep Customer records accurate and updated. Customers will be informed about how to access their information and how to report and correct errors (excluding data restricted by law).
• Both the Bank and the Customer must comply with current and future laws related to information technology, data sharing, and intellectual property. Ignorance of these laws is not an excuse for noncompliance.
• We regularly evaluate our practices to uphold the privacy of our Customers across all countries in which we operate.
